Learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that he has recently found that there is a judgment passed by this Court in the case of Surendra Kumar Jaiswal vs. State of U.P. and others, 2023:AHC:162294, which is against the prayer made in this writ petition, i.e., transfer from one Distribution Company to another Distribution Company. 3. Learned counsel for respondents has acknowledged the aforesaid legal impediment. 4. In view of above legal impediment, the relief sought in this writ petition cannot be allowed.
