The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to quash the order dated 30.6.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (POCSO Act), Court No. 3, Prayagraj in Criminal Revision No. 885 of 2024, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 21.11.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 4, Prayagraj in Complaint Case No. 573 of 2024, whereby complaint has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
