Learned counsel for the petitioner vehemently submits that impugned transfer order is contrary to the provisions. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that there is a shortage of 'Cadre Secretary' and he assures that after the present agriculture season, if any application is filed for reconsideration of transfer on behalf of petitioner same will be considered in accordance with law within a short period. 4. Taking note of fair submission of learned counsel for the respondents and without interfering with the impugned order at this stage, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that petitioner shall join at his transferred place within one week and he will be at liberty to file a detail representation at the commencement of next agriculture season.
