Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. The learned Counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that already there were complaints as against the petitioner, in which the FIR came to be registered as against the petitioner.
