2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Runnisaidpur P.S. Case No. 02 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, Rs. 12,00,000/- was
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55788 of 2024(4) dt.31-01-2025 2/2 looted from the bank. Petitioners have been named in the self inculpatory statement of one Akhilesh Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and have been falsely implicated in this case.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners.
6. Materials have come against the petitioners. They have committed broad daylight dacoity and looted Rs. 12 lacks. Accordingly, these applications are dismissed.
7. The trial is directed to be expedited.
8. The S.P., Sitamarhi is directed to see that the witnesses have been produced in the trial on the date fixed.
