This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the Respondent No. 3 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 14.07.2025 (Annexure No. 7 to the writ petition) with regard to again to demarcate the plot No. 1034 area 0.5070 hectare and also deliverer the possession on the basis of order passed on 18.08.2023 in proceeding under section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006." It is contended that order passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 was complied with but private respondents had again removed the pillars so fixed. The petitioner has remedy of filing an application under Section 22/23 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. The writ petition is misconceived and stands dismissed.
