Hon'ble Kshitij Shailendra,J.
1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel for State respondent and Shri Prakhar Pandey holding brief of Shri Vaibhav Tripathi, learned counsel for respondent no.1.
2. In view of the order proposed to be passed, notices need not go to private respondents.

On the said application, report was called and the authority concerned had made a report (Annexure No.5) that petitioner's holding measuring 97.2512 sq. mtr. is being acquired under the said project.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in this backdrop, has confined his prayer for a direction to respondent no.2 i.e. Addl.
