This writ petition has been filed with the following order:- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tehsil-Kasya, District- Kushinagar to comply the order dated 10.02.2025 passed in Case No.10147 of 2024, Computerized Case No. T202405440410147, Paras Versus Shriram and others, under Section 24 of Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code, 2006 within stipulated period." Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that the order passed under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been complied with and the pillars were affixed. In view of the said facts, petitioner has a remedy of moving an application under Section 22/23 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, if he has any grievance in respect of non-compliance of order passed under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. Writ petition stands disposed of.
