Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and on going through the averments made in this Writ Petition, this Court is of the view that since the Petitioner has filed the reply to the show cause, let the Tahasildar, Attabira/Opposite Party No.3 to consider the reply to the show cause and, accordingly, pass appropriate order in accordance with the spirit of the OPLE Act. If requires, the Petitioner may put- forth his position personally. 5. It is further directed that till the Tahasildar, Attabira/Opposite Party No.3 passes any final order, no coercive action shall be taken against the Petitioner. 6.
