1. The present contempt petition arises out of order dated 01.04.2024 by virtue of which the writ petition WP(C) No. 565/2024 was disposed of with direction to the respondents to accord consideration to the representations filed by the petitioner from time to time within a period of eight weeks from the date copy of the order dated 01.04.2024 along with the annexures of the writ petition was made available to the respondents.

Since the aforesaid order was not complied with within the stipulated time, the instant contempt petition was preferred for implementation of order dated 01.04.2024, in which notice was issued way back on 26.07.2024 and the respondents till date have chosen not to file any statement of facts/compliance report.
3. Mr. Hakeem Aman Ali, learned Dy. AG, on the asking of the Court, causes appearance on behalf of the respondents. Mr.
Hakeem Aman Ali, assures the Court that the order of the writ court dated 01.04.2024 would be complied with in its letter and spirit within four weeks.
4. On the assurance extended by Mr. Hakeem Aman Ali, learned Dy. AG that the order of the writ court dated 01.04.2024 would be complied with in its letter and spirit, the present contempt petition is disposed with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to comply with order dated 01.04.2024 with four weeks and the
consideration order which is likely to be passed be forward to the petitioner within one week, thereafter.
5. Accordingly, the proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
6. In case, the order is not complied within the aforesaid period, the petitioner will be at liberty to seek revival of the contempt petition and in that eventuality, this Court will be constrained to issue coercive measures against the respondents.
