Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 is for quashing of order dated 16.07.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana in case CRM-2229 of 2025 stemming from FIR No.66 dated 23.04.2025 at Police Station Focal Point, District Ludhiana registered under Sections 22 and 29 of NDPS Act, 1985.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, submits that the petitioner has been provided proper treatment and he has also been produced before the Psychiatrist and files his medical report. The same is taken on record. As per the medical report, petitioner is stable, calm, conscious, co- operative and well oriented to time and place. A copy of the medical report has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.
