The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 07/2023 arising out of Seraikella P.S. Case No. 92/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 611/2022, for the offence registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.- III, Seraikella. 3. On 04.08.2022 at about 5:00 P.M., the petitioner was seen running outside the house of the informant with a sickle in his hand. When the informant went inside his house, he found his one year and seven months old child was murdered, his neck was severed. 4.
