The Court made the following: HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1894 OF 2025 ORDER: This is the second application filed by the petitioner seeking to release him on bail in the event of arrest in crime No. 89 of 2024 of Cyber Crime Police Station, Visakhapatnam Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 370, 365, 360, 374, 384 and 344 read with Section 120-B IPC and Sections 66-C, 66-D and 66-F of the Information V Technology Act. 2. Heard Sri I.M.S.Prakash, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-state. 3. The earlier bail application filed by the petitioner in Criminal Petition No. 4075 of 2024 was dismissed by this Court by order dated 09-01-2025 as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and move a regular bail application which shall be considered and decided as per law within a period of five days. 2 The earlier application was dismissed at the instance of the 4. petitioner. This Court does not find any changed circumstances since rejection of the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed. 5. Sd/- N.
