HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 26174 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE PIYUSH AGRAWAL, J. In pursuance of the earlier order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions, which are taken on record. On the strength of the instructions, he submits that the petitioner herself has not appeared on the date fixed. He refers to paragraph no. 13 of the instruction. Confronted with the said fact, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on other dates, the petitioner appeared, but the order could not be passed. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending in view of the order, which the Court proposes to pass hereunder. Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to decide Revision No. 30/B (Computer Case No. C202515000000531), expeditiously after hearing the parties concerned, in accordance with law, provided there is no other legal impediment.
