Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to lodging of first information report, the police investigated the matter and submitted final report. Upon the said final report being submitted, the petitioner filed a protest petition before the competent Magistrate and the learned Magistrate, vide order dated 02.04.2025, directed for further investigation in the instant case. On the basis of the said order, the police further investigated the matter and again submitted the final report. 3. Since, the investigation, in the instant case, has already been concluded and twice final report has been submitted, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the petitioner to approach the competent Magistrate and raise all her grievance, who shall pass appropriate order in accordance with law. 4.
