The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.55 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 305, 317(2), 317(5), 3(5) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. On 20.12.2024 at about 10:05 P.M., Shikaripara police apprehended the petitioner while he was carrying 15 Kgs. of copper wire. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. It was further submitted that the offence alleged is triable by a Court of Judicial Magistrate and petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka, in connection with Shikaripara P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.55 of 2025. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
