1. Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs :-
“10.1 That, this Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to issue a suitable writ / direction to the respondent authorities to rehabilitate the displaced families in proper place. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 & 3 to give appropriate compensation as per law laid down by the Resettlement Act, Digitally signed by SHAYNA KADRI
2 2013 and to rehabilitate in the same land if non available of land the petitioner may be pleased in appropriate place of village Gigtara. 10.3That the Hon'ble Court may please be
directed to respondent no.2 to mitigate the matter as per law laid down by the Resettlement Act 2013 and compensate the petitioner within outer limit of 90 days. 10.5 Any other relief / reliefs which may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be allowed.”
2. A perusal of the reliefs sought by the petitioner reveals that, due to the passage of time, the prayers have become infructuous and redundant, however, since petititoner has approached this Court, petitioner is
directed to file an application / representation before the concerned authorities and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to consider application / representation of petitioner in view of the fact that petitioner has filed a document i.e. Bhawan Bhu-Swami ka Adhikar Patra issued by the respondent No. 3 / Nayab Tahsildar, Mungeli and In the event the petitioner's cause of action still survives., respondent – authorities are directed to consider case of petitioner and decide the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
3. With this observation and direction, writ petition stands disposed of.
