Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is seen that while granting bail, this Court by an order dated 24.03.2025 passed in Crl.M.P.No.5748 of 2025 in Crl.A.No.1446 of 2024, imposed one of the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a week i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
