Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for respondent-Nagar Nigam. 2. The petitioner by means of the present petition has assailed the order cancelling the F.S.S. Certificate No.22725594000057. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Vibhu Rai, learned counsel for respondent-Nagar Nigam that against the order cancelling the F.S.S. Registration Certificate, there is a statutory remedy of appeal under Regulation 2.1.12 of Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses), Regulations 2011. 4. The aforesaid fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Since, there is statutory remedy of filing appeal under Regulation 2.1.12 of Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses), Regulations 2011 against the order cancelling the F.S.S. Registration Certificate, therefore, present petition is not maintainable before this Court. 6. Consequently, the present petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
