3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted a representation before respondent No.3 on 12.06.2025 as per Annexure-G seeking release of the compensation amount in respect of the acquired property. It is submitted that all the relevant documents including proof of ownership, have been furnished along with the representation. Per contra, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that the petitioner’s representation at Annexure-G will be duly considered, provided that the petitioner furnishes all the necessary documents, including the family genealogy and proof of entitlement, to verify the claim.
