After going through the same, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present writ petition has been rendered infructuous as it cannot proceed in view of the stand taken by the respondents in the instructions memo. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition be disposed of however liberty be reserved to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy in accordance with law for redressal of her surviving grievances. -2- 2.
