2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered under Section 30(a)(d) of Bihar Excise Act.
3. As per prosecution case, 60 liters illicit liquor has been recovered from the village- Jawkala.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from an open place.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner by contending that petitioner has got six criminal antecedents of similar nature. Hence, he does

6. Considering the fact that petitioner has got six criminal antecedents of similar nature, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
