Now, a Restoration Application, MCC No.15470 of 2025, along with Delay Condonation Application, IA No.15471 of 2025, has been filed. Heard. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the date of hearing, the counsel for the petitioners had gone out of station; none could appear on behalf of the petitioners, and that is how the petition was dismissed in non prosecution. It is also submitted that due to mistake of the clerk of the learned counsel, the restoration application could not be filed on time. Having considered, this Court is of the view that there are good grounds to condone the delay. The delay is condoned. The delay condonation application is allowed. Similarly, the petitioners have been able to show sufficient grounds for his non-appearance on the date of hearing. The restoration application is allowed.
