Rattu, DAG, Punjab. **** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 528 of BNSS of 2023 for the issuance of appropriate direction to the official respondents to decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-5) and conduct fair investigation by adding relevant sections in FIR No. 43, dated 05.04.2025, u/s 318 (4) of BNS 2023, P.S. Civil Lines, Police Commissionerate Amritsar, which was registered just after filing the CRM-M-18821 of 2025 (Annenxure P-1) by the petitioner in this Hon'ble Court which was decided on the same day vide order 05.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) in which Dr. Vareesh Kumar, Vardaan Hospital (IVF), 40-А, Kennedy Avenue, Amritsar has defrauded the petitioner and his wife by extracting Rs.11.00 lacs on the name of conceiving a child. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2-the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar to decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) within a time bound manner. 3. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.2- the Commissioner of Police, Amritsar is directed to consider and decide the representation dated 10.06.2025 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 4. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter. 5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
