Issue a writ or mandamus directing the respondents No.4 and 5 to consider the case of the petitioner having CTP No.3546 for premature release independently in the light of the order and direction passed by this Honble court in writ petition No. 29219/2024 dated 28.11.2024 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:50005 WP No. 9459 of 2025 which is produced and marked as Annexure-G to the writ petition. c. Issue a writ/order/direction for the respondent No.2 to release the petitioner on general parole, in accordance with law, for a period that, the authorities of the jail would prescribe or till such time, the committee would meet and recommends the case of the petitioner for premature release. d. Issue any other writ or order or direction that deems fit to grant in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking leave of the court to withdraw the petition. The memo reads as under: “The undersigned counsel appearing for the Petitioner most respectfully prays that, this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the petitioner to withdraw the above petition and further be pleased to dismiss the above writ petition as not pressed in the interest of justice.” 3.
