The present writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to the State-respondents to take appropriate action against respondent no.4, who has illegally occupied the land of the petitioner and handover possession of the same to the petitioner. 2. The dispute is of private nature between the two sets of private individuals and we find no good ground to direct the State-respondents to examine any such dispute. 3. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail remedies under common law.
