The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 271 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.2042 of 2024, S.T. Case No.601 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Dhanbad. On 01.06.2024 at about 10:00 a.m, dead body of an unknown person was found lying in a bush near Law College campus, Chiragora, Asmashan Road. It was submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused Akash Ram. It was further submitted that apart from confession of the co-accused, there is no other material against the petitioner. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Dhanbad, in connection with Dhanbad P.S.
