Being confronted by the Court, learned counsel for the applicant could not demonstrate as to how contempt is made out against the order of Writ Court as order of Writ Court has not been served to Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Gautam Budh Nagar- opposite party/ respondent no. 2. Further, present application is barred by the provisions of Section 20 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. 4. Accordingly, contempt application fails and is hereby dismissed.
