Hon'ble Vinod Diwakar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri Ashwani Kumar Tripathi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State- respondents, and perused the records. 2. The petitioners have filed the instant petition to seek protection from the police as they solemnized their marriage without the consent of their parents. 3. On the last day of the hearing, the Court sought a verification report regarding the legitimacy and genuineness of the documents filed along with the petition. On police verification it's revealed that Shri Shivom Sharma, the Mahant of the Arya Samaj Mandir, Nagla, District Budaun, has stated that neither he has performed the marriage of the petitioners nor he has issued any marriage certificate to the petitioners, therefore, the marriage certificate annexed by the petitioners is a forged document. 4. This direction is issued in view of the false averments made by the petitioners in the writ petition. 5. After investigation/inquiry, a report be submitted before the CJM concerned, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
