When the writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents produced the written instructions received from the 1 st respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the respondents are willing to grant permission to the petitioner provided the petitioner applies for the borewell located in SF.No.27/1B based on the Additional Guidelines-2025 issued by the 1 st respondent and if the same is done, No Objection Certificate (NOC) will be issued considering the hydro-geological conditions of the area. 3. In light of the above development, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh application before the 1 st respondent based on the Additional Guidelines-2025 and on receipt of the same, the entire process shall be completed within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
