The modification application (MCRC No.1/2025) has been moved by the learned counsel for the Applicant with the prayer that in the judgment and order dated 20.09.2025, sections have been wrongly transcribed as 5(2), 7(2), 8(2), 333, 351 (2) and 352 of BNS, and the correct Sections are 115 (2), 117 (2), 118 (2), 333, 351 (2) and 352 of BNS, due to typographical error, and prayed that the same may be rectified. 4. In view thereof, the modification application is allowed. In the judgment and order dated 20.09.2025, in place of sections 5(2), 7(2), 8(2), 333, 351 (2) and 352 of BNS, it will be read as 115 (2), 117 (2), 118 (2), 333, 351 (2) and 352 of BNS. 5.
