Though this petition is filed for cancellation of bail, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the respondent is co-operating with the enquiry and has participated in the investigations conducted on 27.07.2025 and 01.11.2025. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to not press this petition. 3. In view of the above submission, no purpose will be served by keeping this petition pending.
