1. In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner alleges non-compliance of the order dated 16.09.2022, whereby the parties were directed to maintain status quo with regard to the subject property.
2. Statement of facts stands filed by respondents wherein it is stated that the Tehsildar concerned vide his communication dated 02.09.2024 has stated that there has been no violation of the order dated 16.09.2024 on spot as no construction in the shape of shed exists in the survey No. 753 as claimed by the petitioners.
3. In view of the statement of facts filed by the respondents, it seems that the order passed by this Court on 16.09.2022, has been complied with
