The subject matter of these Petitions is substantially similar to the one in W.P.(C) No.35395 of 2025, between Union of India and others v. Satyabrata Dhupal and others heard and disposed off by this Court vide order dated 12.01.2026, wherein the operative portion of the order reads as under: “In the above circumstances, this petition being devoid of merits is liable to be dismissed and accordingly it is. The order of the CAT, Cuttack is to be acted upon by the Opposite Parties within eight (8) weeks.” 2. Similar cases should be treated alike being the cardinal principle of adjudication, these cases also need to be decided in terms of cognate decision. Ordered accordingly.
