Representation is filed before Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Badwara District-Katni seeking direction for termination of services of Respondent No.5. 3. Govt. Advocate appearing for State submitted that petition is not maintainable and case is covered by order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18387/2020 on 06.01.2021. In said case, Court held that complainant cannot be party to the litigation and further petitioner cannot be permitted to meddle in the administrative matter to dictate the transfer order, which does not affect. Reliance is placed on judgment passed by Apex Court in case of Ravi Yashwant Bhoir Vs. District Collector, Raigad & Ors. (2012) 4 SCC 407. 4.
