[2] It was recorded in the order dated 05.05.2025 that in view of the judgment dated 22.04.2025 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 3794 of 2025, the present petition has become infructuous. However, on that date, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to take instruction. [3] Today, Mr. AP. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that in terms of the judgment passed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the cause of the writ petition does not survive.
