1. By this petition, petitioner herein has alleged non-compliance of the order passed by this court dated 30.12.2024, whereby it has been held as under:

Having regard to submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of at this stage with a direction to the respondent-Deputy Commissioner, Bandipora, to consider and decide the claim projected by petitioner in the instant writ petition strictly in accordance with rules in vogue, within a period of two months from the date copy of this order along with copy of writ petition with all annexures is served upon him.
2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents, it is stated that in compliance to the direction passed by this Court in terms of order dated 30.12.2024, respondents have considered the claim of the petitioner and a detailed consideration order has been passed by respondent competent authority on 01.08.2025, whereby the claim of the petitioner has been found devoid of any merit and has accordingly been rejected.
3. Respondents have also placed on record copy of the consideration order dated 01.08.2025.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that respondents have not complied with the order dated 30.12.2024 in its true letter and spirit.
5. This court is satisfied that the order dated 30.12.2024 has been complied with by the respondents.
6. Contempt proceedings, as such, are closed.
7. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the consideration order dated 01.08.2025, if he so desires.
8. Disposed of.
