By this application, the applicant has sought for condonation of delay of 96 days in preferring the connected revision petition against the order dated 16.06.2025 passed by the learned Special Judge (POCSO), East Khasi Hills Shillong, in Special (POCSO) Case No.1 of 2014. The reason for delay has been sufficiently explained in the application. The learned GA also has no serious objection to the prayer of condonation of delay.
