Biren, learned counsel for the writ petitioner and Mr. S. Kaminikumar, learned CGC on behalf of the Central Govt. [2] The writ petitioner filed the present application being MC(W.P. (C)) No. 909 of 2025 for impleading the Commissioner (Revenue), Govt. of Manipur (now Land Resources) as respondent no. 4 and the Deputy Commissioner, Chandel as respondent no. 5 in W.P. (C) No. 851 of 2022. It is stated that due to inadvertence proposed respondents could not be impleaded in the main writ petition and they are required for the proper disposal of the writ petition. [3] Mr. S. Kaminikumar, learned CGC for the Central Govt. has no objection. [4] This Court has gone through the application and satisfied that the Commissioner (Revenue), Govt. of Maniupur (now Land Resources, Govt. of Manipur) and the Deputy Commissioner, Chandel are impleaded as respondent nos. 4 & 5 in the main writ petition. [5] Accordingly, the MC(W.P. (C) No. 909 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of.
