This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 29.04.2024 (Annexure P-7) passed in CRM-M- 20938-2024. 2. Learned State counsel has submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 29.04.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M-20938-2024, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, has passed a speaking order dated 10.08.2024, a copy of which has been handed over to the Court during the course of hearing, which is taken on record as Mark A. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not satisfied with the said order and has prayed that the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same as well as to initiate appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law. 4.
