The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 20.01.2022 passed by this Court in Matters Under Article 227 No. 8003 of 2021. I have perused the order sheet of the court below. From perusal, it is apparently clear that from the date of service of order of Writ Court, on 23 occasions Advocates were on strike. Under such facts, it is not possible for the Judicial Officer to decide the Revision within the time given by the Writ Court. Therefore, no contempt is made out.
