The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 8.5.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Maharajganj, in Complaint Case No. 912 of 2018, under Section 436 of I.P.C., whereby discharge application has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
