The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicant to modify the order dated 10.1.2025 passed by Judicial Magistrate/Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division) Court No. 4, Bijnor, whereby cognizance has been taken only under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, I.P.C. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
