The petitioner is seeking a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent, Thasildar, Bengaluru South Taluk to consider the representations given by the petitioner for entering the name of the petitioner in the revenue records on the strength of a sale deed dated 23.03.2007. 3. Learned AGA raises an objection that it is not known as to why the petitioner did not approach the revenue authorities seeking mutation entry pursuant to the registered sale deed in year 2007. Moreover, the last representation given by the petitioner is on 23.06.2016. 4. Accepting the submission of the learned AGA, the writ petition stands disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application before the Thasildar seeking mutation entry on the strength of the registered sale deed. If such an application is filed, the Thasildar shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass necessary orders. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:31913 WP No. 24751 of 2025 Ordered accordingly.
