Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. By means of the present application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS'), the applicant has sought for a suitable direction to the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division)-3, District Bijnor to expedite the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 4622 of 2024, arising out of Case Crime No. 252 of 2024, under Section 420, 406 I.P.C., Police Station - Dhampur, District - Bijnor, and to decide the same within time stipulated by this Court, which is pending before the aforesaid court. 3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is informant of the aforesaid case and after investigation charge sheet was submitted against the opposite party nos. 2 to 7 on 14.10.2024 and cognizance was taken on 21.12.2024 but no progress has been made in the case so far and thus, a direction may be issued to the concerned court to decide the aforesaid case within specific time frame. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Court concerned is directed to Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Nisha Mishra, Rajneesh Kumar Sharma Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Gaurav Rana .....Applicant(s) State Of U.P. And 6 Others .....Opposite Party(s) expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case and to decide the same as early as possible, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
