Mr. Kaushal Sah Jagati, Advocate for the petitioner. Mr. Narayan Dutt, Standing Counsel for the State. 2. Petitioner was engaged as Additional District Government Counsel at Kashipur. His engagement was discontinued in the month of August 2024. 3. According to petitioner, certain other similarly situate persons were disengaged but, subsequently, they were reengaged; however, petitioner was denied similar treatment. 4. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made representation to the Chief Secretary while it should have been made to the Secretary of the concerned administrative department. 5. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to the Law Secretary.
