This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 26.6.2025 registered as Case Crime no. 131 of 2025, under Sections 115(2), 351(3), 352 of B.N.S., P.S. Jajmau, District Kanpur Nagar. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 105 of 2025 dated 19.7.2025, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 118 of B.N.S. has already been submitted. 4.
