It is submitted by the learned counsel for the first and second respondents/Bank that based on the complaint lodged by the victim, the third respondent Police made a request to the respondents Bank to defreeze the petitioner's account. Based on the request made by the third respondent police only, the first and second respondents Bank have defreezed the petitioner's account. 4. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
