Main case The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS is for issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to register a criminal case for false and frivolous complaints P3, P4 and P5 regarding Indica Vista Car No. PB65AT8112 and for fraudulently obtaining and passing order P-9 and P-10 and for playing fraud with Courts. 2. A perusal of the record would reveal that the petitioner, who is also an Advocate, who has been struck off the rolls, seems to be a chronic litigant. Be that as it may, for registration of a criminal case, he is free to avail his remedies in accordance with law including but not limited to filing an appropriate complaint before the Magistrate. 3. As regards orders Annexures P-9 and P-10, if he feels aggrieved in any manner, he is free to challenge the said orders in accordance with law.
