P. -------- 05/ Dated 24.09.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 111(3), 111(4), 317(2), 317(4), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2) & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66(B), 66(C) & 66(D) of I.T. Act, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. On 26.01.2025, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, on the basis of confidential information that cyber criminals have assembled at Dhanbad, Sahibganj Main Road near village Narayanpur, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner alongwith co-accused persons. On search, mobile phones alongwith eight sim cards were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 26.01.2025. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
